When Specced as Dark Ranger on live the talent Deathblow is no longer working properly when it grants a charge of Kill shot, kill shot still stays on cooldown even though the icon is lighted up from the proc. This was not the case in dragonflight. it would give you a charge to fire right away. Testing Sentinel and it works perfectly fine so its a dark ranger issue with deathblow reset.
