Well, to create that specific npc, all they did was modify that one hat model to fit on the Dracthyr. If you could wear 1 helm item, they would need to modify each one to fit onto the dracthyr.
Ok, but why not at least let us have that fishing cap? If they went that far out of their way for 1 NPC then why couldn’t they just throw that to us?

For me it would already be a big victory if they separate the transmog from the dragon form from the humanoid form.

joke aside, they should atleast allow the headgears that dont cover the front of the face. would be much less work than trying to adapt every single headgear ingame. Just adapt those that don’t cause any issue like glasses, hats, the scarfs from the TP. etc…
