Loots broken(or at least mine)and forums are broken. I have done every single step in every single guide/instructions/feedback. I still cannot post from my PC because it says I don’t have a level 10 character. It works just fine on my cell phone but this forum is a hotness on mobile. I can’t even search on the forums for posts that I MADE. What am I doing wrong? I have cleared EvERYTHING. Cookies cache REINSTALLED. Logged out here logged out in game. What is going on 
It just goes through periods where it does that (I am sure it’s not your end because I’ve had the same issue myself). I’d log out, log in and then if no joy, retry later.

Try closing all other forum tabs and log out completely. Then try logging in with a different medium if you’re comfortable enough (i.e. if you normally log in with your password, try logging in with Google, if you normally log in with Google, try logging in with Facebook or something else instead). It’s important that when you log back in, you do it with a different platform, not the same way you log in every time, otherwise it might keep giving you the same error and “flickering” (only half registering that you’re logged in to the forums).
Sometimes it doesn’t entirely register that you are logged in if you have different tabs open and then it finally registers when you log in from a different platform. That’s what’s happened to me in the past at times and it helped.
Try and see how you go.
Over the last year or two I’ve been forced to log out then back in about 8 times simply because I could not post, comment or reply at all. You’re not the only one but that is the fix that was recommended to me and it’s worked so far…
