Mine did that at first. Then i refreshed the page and now it is just not wrapping or truncating the text for thread titles.
I just created a thread for this on the website bug forum a few minutes ago.

Well I closed it on reflex lol, problem for another time I guess.
Yeah, it seemed pretty strange to have a sudden change like that. But I guess at least it added a views length and number of users under posts now or something.
I guess one thing that came from it is that you can pull up a list of the most liked posts in a thread now.

Omgosh this is weird.
This looks terrible.
If they are gonna start changing the forums they should update the graphic from Dragonflight to something for War Within and the coloring first, just saying.

So instead of getting battle tags and account wide ignores we got whatever these changes are… Think even Delves are doing better than what the forum team is cooking lol.

I went to edit one of my posts to fix my bad typos, accidentally clicked on the flag button and noticed that there’s a whole slew of options now, too.

It’s a Discourse thing. A bug that pops up for all of their forum software every once in a while. Been that way for months.
Oh snap, was “it’s off topic” always there? Or is that new? Because that’s going to be fun one.
