Forums are useless, cant get technical support.
General Discussion is basically the last place you'd want to bring this up, but it also helps if you spell out what sort of issue you're having.
So... what you're saying is the forums are awesome and you get tons of technical support?
Maybe you should bring that up in the technical support forums?
A blue doesn't have to respond to you to get help. Unless you're talking about some other tech support post.. the one you made was answered by another player.
Did you even try to do a callback from tech support? At all? That's what they're there for.
Have you tried turning it and off and on again?
"did you try tech support"
"have you posted on tech support forum?"
no !@#$, ive done both. Im here to %^-*! and rant like the rest of general.

Forums are useless period. Everyone's so pissed off and looking for an excuse to break out the soap box.

Let me guess, they said no to whatever you wanted them to do for you.

Well no one from blizz responded to his thread in the tech forums so I assume that is why he is upset. Additionally no one that has responded is giving him a solution.
I looked at it and he wasn't as specific as I would need him to be to understand it but it has something to do with right clicking in the game.
Have you tried reading the responses to your first post?11/08/2018 11:52 PMPosted by Ladles"did you try tech support"

11/04/2018 01:03 AMPosted by LadlesI have tried disabling all addons, completely removing them altogether as well as deleting the cache folder. I have followed https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 and it also didn't work. I also have an issue when opening the map / mailbox where there is a delay in loading whats supposed to be displayed. I also ran a repair and restarted my computer several times during each of these attempts. I dont use TSM either, does anyone know whats up and how to fix this? Im running on a solid gaming rig that shouldnt be having any issues with this game.
Bugs happen. The devs are working on it. Sometimes bugs take a while to track down. If you know exactly which line of code needs to be adjusted and how I'm sure the devs would appreciate any input you may have.11/06/2018 04:48 AMPosted by CaedmoonNo solution yet but the Devs are aware and can replicate the error. They say it's a client side bug but have no fix yet. Also the blue said to keep putting in bug reports when it happens to move it up the priority list.
As for your other tech complaint...
What does that mean? You need to offer up a coherent description of your exact issue if you expect help with it. Again, reading is fundamental.11/04/2018 01:15 PMPosted by LadlesSo many different mice, tried everything. Blizzard needs to acknowledge to "unclicking" problem with the right click.
11/04/2018 01:25 PMPosted by RufflebottomYou need to provide more information. What specific problem are you having with right-click? What do you mean by "unclicking problem"? I've had no problems with right-clicks.
You also need to accept that it's difficult to fix a problem that other people aren't experiencing.
The actual implication is that it's hard to troubleshoot a problem if the problem is confined to a single player or a small number. For example, every time I double jump on my DH I get a horrible nosebleed. I would love for Blizzard to explain why this is happening and how to stop it. But it's a relatively isolated problem. They seem stumped. Does that mean they are lazy and useless or that they simply don't understand the cause of the problem and need more data?11/08/2018 08:35 PMPosted by Ladles11/04/2018 01:25 PMPosted by RufflebottomI've had no problems with right-clicks.
Implying that because you haven't experienced it, that its a non issue.
I agree technical support and gm assistance is at an all time low in this game. Said by someone who has played since Vanilla.

There are a lot of really helpful people still on the forums but there are a ton of bored trolls too.

Oh I don't know I disagree.
I have had good help and positive results from the tech forums.
With patience and a clear description of said problem and providing screenshots if you're able pc specs you can almost guarantee someone can help.
I would rather post for help on forums then go through customer support tickets now that is by far stressing when no one actually reads the ticket and you gotta contact em like 3-4 times and then some before you can someone who has read the ticket and is helpful.
Does the right click problem happen in any other game?
What exactly happens that is a right click problem. There have been numerous problems with various gaming mice recently in several programs cus MS keeps trying to overwrite the mouse drivers when windows updates.
Have you tried uninstalling the mouse drivers entirely and installing the ones for your mouse in particular.
Do you have a mouse that acts like a keyboard (more than 7 mouse buttons usually)?
Do you have a programable keyboard as well, if the last question was yes.
If so, try reinstalling the keyboard drivers.
If this is a gaming mouse and gaming keyboard (or just a gaming mouse) that comes with software that lets you program it...
have you ever deleted and rebuilt the profiles. Even if you never setup a profile for your mouse, it saves one anyway.
If it is "online" to save your profile (looking at you razer), it can then download BAD DATA back on to your mouse and screw it up that way.
It could be a power issue on your box, did you make sure to get a reasonable power supply. USB hubs love to depower.
That said , do you have your usb ports set to power saving, they can turn off..causing slow response. Most noticible with mice.
Do you SHUT OFF your computer or just let it go to sleep. If the latter , you should TURN OFF your computer and walk away, go have a meal, read a book. Come back and turn it back on and start the trouble shooting all over again.
Check for odd ball programs, some macroing software and some malware can interfere with mouse drivers.
And thats all things off the top of my head.

I'm not sure what the exact problem is - are you losing your target with right click?
- If that's the issue make sure sticky targeting is ticked under Interface -> controls, should be at the top.

Unplug the computer and plug it back in.
PC LOAD LETTER??!?!?!?!?
