How do you quote in your replies? Old forums had an option to reply or reply with quote. I do not see that option and I think it is backasswards to use a system that cannot use that and makes you copy and paste their post into your post.

You highlight the part of the post you want to quote and a “quote” button will appear. You can also hit the “Reply” arrow under their post and then hit the little “quote whole post” in the tool bar of the reply window.

Edit: I agree with your complaints about the system. It definitely should be account bound.

Really wish it was account-wide, and they say they are working with Discourse devs to make it that way if possible.

I unfortunately used Bluster-Area52 when the new forums launched (it was a different character though, the forum stats/trust are tied to your name-server combo, not a particular character) and am now so far into the forum stats/trust that I can’t switch.

I’d love to post on a character I actually play instead, but 'til they make it account-wide, I’m stuck.

Blizzard will not go and give someone who has been here a long time access they have not been granted on the new forum platform.
