Forum website says I have no active game time

This error started yesterday. I had one day left on my account before it automatically renewed (which it did today). So . . . how do I get this error rectified?

Edit: So I went to web support and they had me restart the browser, delete cache etc., jump through some other hoops, and finally try another browser. I use Firefox. I pulled up MS Edge and logged onto the forum and it started behaving again. Quit and started up Firefox and it’s still behaving. Go figure.

I had the exact same thing happen to me recently, but only on the general forum, all other forums I could post in. I logged in on edge and after restarting firefox all is normal again. I’m guessing that there is a corrupt or outdated cookie on firefox that gets fixed when logging in from another browser.
