Oxford chose new word of the year, apparently beating out “Swiftie”??? Lol Gen Z is responsible.

Comes from “charisma”: Ive got no rizz.

Anyway, make of it what you will. I like it! (10x better than “dope”!!)

Anyone heard of it or use it?

Oh we use it all the time (work team is a 50-50 Millenial/Gen Z split 21-38). I’m a single man looking to mingle and the amount of ‘rizz’ certain women up is a fair bit.

People also drop it if someone is looking particularly good one day.

Where else would we have grammatically correct sentences such as:

And
