Says I need an active subscription to post on the forums.
But I’m posting on my phone just fine.
Also, game logs in without issue.
Please fix your website.

I can’t even post on my Retail main on my phone, either through the Battle.net app or the website, and on my home computer, I’m stuck posting on my Classic character.

Thank goodness I was still logged into the forums on my phone.
I’ve tried logging in and out on my desktop, cleared cache and whatnot, but no luck.
all my characters gone.
check the url and be sure you are on the US webpage. and not the Europe English webpage
I just managed to access the US forums, I don’t know how. But the Brazilian forums are still buggy.
