Blizzard should make it so that a player is required to have an active sub to post on the forums. Then only max level characters or the highest level character on that account is allowed to comment. It could help stop a lot of the trolls and hatefulness that comes into GD. It gets tiring hearing people who just complain constantly and they havent been subbed in years or months, or someone saying hateful things hiding behind a burner toon.

Basically a toon that is lower level that they don’t care about that wont be shown as your main toon. So they will change to it say things that they wouldnt say on their main then switch back to their main. Essentially hiding behind a toon that they can delete and not care about.

people do need an active sub to post in this section and your other rules would do nothing because there are plenty of lvl 60 trolls and abusive posters running around here.

Forum posting should be done from your bnet name with selected characters only being your display avatar

you talking about the active sub part? for awhile that was true but it was a bug and people could post on this forum without a sub but they fixed that well over 6 months ago, maybe a year.

You need a subscription to be able to post on the forums. This is impossible.

Yea it seems there are alot of people posting daily that keep saying they have been unsubbed for months and are still posting flooding with stuff and just hatefulness.
are these the same people you are labelling as trolls?
