Its not quite as lively around here as it was in vanilla. In spite of how things ended up I still have fond memories of my days on khaz.
I re-upped for classic and I wont be very active until then. I had to drop into my forums though. I miss so many people its crazy. Maybe im just speaking to the void now and nobodys even here anymore. Thats fine too.
Hopefully classic can deliever but nostalgia is a hell of a drug, so we’ll see how it all goes.
Anyway, people know who I am now. Hopefully I can start fresh and do things right this time.

Barb, somehow im not surprised that youre the first to respond old friend. The forum s**tposting was more entertaining then the actual game sometimes. (Thanks to the regulars like you and I anyway.) Its a shame the community has died down so much.
I dont blame you for staying Tauren. After I originally left Khaz I rerolled Horde for a while and I enjoyed it a lot. In fact I liked everything about being Horde better. (Besides leaving Alliance friends behind.)
I was thinking of rolling a Forsaken Priest in classic. Inspired by Okktral. Dude was a bamf.

Good point about the community, I feel the same. Khaz was a dysfunctional family but in the best way. Id post during dowtime at work and then rush home. Then get spammed with tells about the latest drama or whatever was going in. (To be fair in some cases I created the drama or at least stirred it up.)
Barb I probably wont be on Khaz when classic comes around. Im American and my schedule is much different now but ill go ahead and add you when I play next.

The cooking fire near the bank im guessing? I always hung out there after raids (or whatever the days task was). It was my way of winding down and chatting with folks that I may have missed when I was busy.
We did silly stuff like dressing like pirates while i juggled tells. In retrospect its some of the stuff I miss the most. I met a lot of good people that way.

I forced myself to quit back in the day by giving my old account to Math (one of our Rogues). This was shortly after we transferred to the PvP server and during Sunwell progression.
But am back now with a new account and trying to complete all the content I missed over the years away from the game.
