Hi,
when i log onto the forums and want to change my character, i only see about 6 of my 20 or so characters i’ve made.
i know i’ve logged into the correct account, it there a way to change something else so i can post on my main?

It’s a known, random bug. It’s proven difficult to fully fix.
Usually logging in and out a few times helps. If it doesn’t, just give it some time and try again later. Hopefully your characters will pop up soon!

It’s acting up for me again as well. Only Classic characters available.
Last time, it took about a week for the system to figure things out, with me logging in and out every time I visited. It was around the time all that DDoS stuff was going on.
Eventually it gets all sorted out.
my bnet launcher also say sub expired, even though i can log on and play… not the end of the world.
Bnet launcher always been finickey account management more accurate.

While not a guaranteed workaround, the following has had some success for folks when the forums are acting up.
Log out of the forums completely. Then, log into the game (using the version with the missing characters - i.e. Classic, Cataclysm, War Within, etc…) for at least one minute. Log out of the game, then log back into the forums. The missing characters should hopefully reappear.
