Forum Bug: Account Without Level 10 Character?

I can’t comment or post in the Brazilian forums, it says I don’t have a level 10 character.
Here in the US forums, everything is normal.

lol, the problem appeared once again on my phone. What are you waiting for to fix this?

forgot to mention that it’s also happening with the US forums now (just in my cell phone)

I can’t post on US forums on mobile.

I had tried logging out and logging in again several times, but it didn’t work. After a few hours, I tried again and it worked. This bug happens from time to time, and it’s an old bug, according to my research.
