This quest is completely bugged
same. Does this stop from unlocking additional races too?
This is so annoying.
Just here to say I am also having this problem. I have also abandoned/restarted quest, logged off/on, ported out/come back. It’s super frustrating. 
Quests
- The captives for the “Fortunate Souls” Nazjatar quest will once again be following behind their captors.
Looks like they finally listened to us!
