Well this is a week of not doing Mythic+ for me.
Is there a tougher combination than this ?
Fort teeming necrotic maybe ?

I'd argue this as a healer. But both are pretty bad since more explosives come out with more mobs. Those orbs are still a pain to target.
I wish the affixes could double or triple like explosive × 3 for the week just for the lulz.
I feel like Orbs are easier to deal with because one good dps can get all the orbs. Then if you have two good dps it's not even a problem. Necrotic puts so much pressure on your tank and healer. Though I kinda wonder if bursting fort teeming is worse. Dps usually have no control over themselves to stop attacking and let that dot fall off.
Explosive never really bothered me.
Pull smart, and if you struggle to quickly identify the orbs there are weak auras to help

Did a veryyyy long and frustrating Shrine +11 last night. I'll get a +10 in my chest this week. Do that +10 with friends then wait it out until next week.
Tanks can almost one shot the orbs as well on the plus nine level I usually save my hammer to strike them.
Yay for pvp week. Not dealing with all this pain.

For sure, I usually have to PuG my way into a ten as my guild can't seem to find time to find a way into tens.
Can we please not have teeming and explosive together? Ever again?
Fort/teeming by itself is the hardest combo, unless they nerfed it from last time. 3rd affix is just icing on the pain cake this week.
Looks like an underrot kind of week.

Explosive on the first week was pretty insane before the hot fix. Some dungeons like Underot was not doable.

i kinda like those dungeon modifers but it sucks that it only changes once a week.

I would like Ion and Lore to get on 390 geared characters and run this weeks affixes on a +15 and live stream it please. I would also request that ion be playing a warlock so he can really feel the true pain of this week.
Explosive on melee classes is always awesome, especially in underrot
