Forsaken paladins have existed in game for a while, as pointed out above.
“They make no sense” Calia is a Lightforged undead, this argument is thrown out the window now.
Those guys are not good examples. In the quests you have to dispatch of them, you are told they cannot even touch their holy relics anymore, due to their new condition.

That’s a convenience for gameplay and is not accurate of how it works lore wise. If they wanted to keep it accurate Undead would only be able to play Shadow and (maybe) Discipline, they won’t though because people would make a huge stink about it.
And do remember that theirs only 1 confirmed Undead Paladin and he was a raid boss who was forced to use the Light against his will, and was in constant pain and suffering because of it. I don’t think your average Forsaken would want to go thru with that.
One exception does not a class make.
Only way they could make it happen is if they made a Lightforged Undead playable race, which at this time consists of 1 person.
It doesnt matter if your nature is evil anything and anyone can litterally become a paladin.
Maybe not Forsaken Hordie Pally, but Alliance Undead who serve under Calia could definitely be Paladins!

that was my argument if you are changing things for gamplays sake just like priest than I dont see the problem over all with having undead paladin as it would be a gameplay convenience
Yes but class fantasy or whatever 
It’s one thing to accommodate a single spec for one class. It’s another to accommodate for a entire class in itself.
The entire lore basis for Undead Paladins is flawed and full of torture and pain. No sane Undead would put themselves thru that willingly.
Unless Blizzard pulls out Lightforged Undead as a Allied Race like they did Void Elves don’t get your hopes up.
I don"t have any hopes I am just stating gamplay wise the most fair thing to do is to give every race access to every class. Clearly there is lore but they are moving in the direction of being able to give forsaken the paladin class with current lore developments
You don’t have to say ‘forsaken undead’. Not like there are any other kind of forsaken.
