I’m not personally a great fan - aside from the Third Reich Sympathising incident and the large call NOT to ban the guy with the racist name, the discord largely consists of EU RPers, who it’s useless to network with anyway because we can never actually play WoW with them unless we get ourselves EU accounts.
Personally, I passed on this one.

I do like the part where the post exposing this Discord’s laundry list of shenanigans was reported into oblivion and got the whistleblower silenced, so like, if everyone calling attention to this nonsense is suspiciously quiet after a while, it’s not out of a change of heart.

I was disconnected at the time of the incident. However, I have been told that the one responsible has been removed by the creator as soon as he found out.
For those who read this far, please don’t make a judgement just by the posts above. Check it out for yourself. Because I’m not really attached to this discord, I just want to see Forsaken RP succeed beyond the bad people who got in early.
I have screencaps of one of the members talking about how n@zis weren’t white supremacists while they were complaining about us talking on the prior thread.
So I’d suggest that the call is actually coming from inside the house, Symeont, and you should maybe dip out if you don’t support their particular brand of community ethics.

Then you’ve been lied to. A mod kicked them and then got dog piled for doing it by other users and even the other mods at the time of the incident.
The mod that kicked the neo was brigaded hard they left the discord shortly after. Which was met with cheers even though they were enforcing the server rules.

Just let this Discord die, wait a couple of weeks and maybe have someone unrelated try again, but without the unsavory politics.

Forsaken RP can succeed without a cross-server discord dominated by EU players we Accordians can never RP with tbh - just my two cents.

I think we all want to see that. Forsaken RP can be very rewarding.
Unfortunately, having it tied to this specific group/incident is bad press and isn’t going to encourage anyone to participate. And if there are still any people with those values in the Discord, if there are any further incidents, it will alienate any new RPers from wanting to join.
Maybe start an entirely new thread to discuss Forsaken RP and where it can go from here. I’m sure there are a lot of Forsaken RPers and others who would have some positive things to say about keeping it moving forward.

I forgot who said it, but in regards of the forgotten shadows. “Light thinks it’s the fastest thing out there, but everywhere the light touches, the shadow was already there.”
I wonder if the shadow lands is that which is the true realities, before the light casts it’s illusion?
