I’m racechanging my goblin Kloggnozzle to Forsaken - he’s a fire mage/alchemist (bit of a plague doctor working on undoing the damage the Blight has caused) but I’m hung up on naming conventions. Any thoughts on these?

Basically I’m trying to weed out the ones that don’t roll off the tongue well or seem too on-the-nose. Any help?

Also, Swindlehurst is out there for any goblins looking for a real-world name that doesn’t need any changes

I have no idea why this popped into my head but as soon as I saw all the Professor names I immediately thought of Professor Flitwick.

Anyway, I would have to say I like Hauntgomery and Deforrester the most.

Unfortunately, every single one of these is amazing.

If we had height sliders, my vote would undoubtedly be for Little Lord Gauntleroy.

But for a flame-wielding alchemist, I think I like Professors Scaldwell and Witherby best.

I am deeply jealous of the name-related inspiration on display here, but if I had to pick favorites, I think Scaldwell, Hackwood, and Witherby fall best in line with the concept you’ve described.

Good feedback so far - is it weird that Gastley is available?

Scaldwell and Witherby were names I came up with while thinking ‘What Would JK Rowling Do?’ and then I realized I was on the wrong TERF so I went back further and dug around into Dickensian influences.
