Forsaken Druids?

Let’s say a Tauren Druid was killed and then Sylvanas raised said Tauren into un-death. Would that not then be a “Forsaken Druid”?

Open the door to new class/race combos.

I would think becoming undead would remove their druid abilities and (maybe) make them a death knight or anyway something else more suited to the undead. Just my take though, I’m no lore bore for all I know it could work.

I am all for more race/class combos but I think an undead druid is borderline lame. Makes as little sense as the fel werebear, which is to say absolutely none.

Zombies tiger would be cool :sunglasses:

As long as they’re not cut off from their power source they should still be druids. But whether they’d have decaying shape shifting forms or not would hinge on when they were resurrected.

No. It would not.

Can they have flowers and vines growing out of their eyeholes?

No, the super natural forces would reject you.

What’s their catchphrase? “I am my own fertilizer.”?

I do think it would be cool to have undead druids and they could have miasma/nature/mushroom/poison/toxic/etc kind of abilities. I remember when Balance Druids had a swarm ability and their magic wasn’t all about astral this and that. But nature has been designated to resto now.

The term you’re looking for is NPC.

Much like those pesky fire worshipping druids.

Already enough lore breaking stuff. We do not need that.

Kul Tirans should have pallies.

Forsaken should have a Vyrkul allied race option.

Kul Tirans should not be druids, nor mages.

Forsaken should not be monks.

Pandas should not be Death Knights nor any of the races that were not affected by the original Scourge.

EVERY elf race should be able to be Demon Hunters and never any other WoW race.

Outlaw rogue should be changed to Brigand spec as Brigands were the NPC from WC1 that represented what rogues would become. But in the early 90s, making an NPC stealth was almost impossible.

THOSE are the class/race stuff that would make sense. Not so much a Forsaken druid.

Since Sylvanas was working with the Jailer, they could substitute what the druids loss with whatever power the Jailer could give them to use to be Forsaken druids.

But real druids would probably see them as mockeries or abominations given that their getting power from the Jailer.

If a rock eating dumb orc like thrall can become an elemental master. A human should be able to be a shaman. Human Potential™

What about forsaken priests? The Light didn’t leave them when they died

True. Doesn’t mean I haven’t always found it a weird design concession more than something that was supposed to make actual sense. They make perfect shadow priests, but how would it feel to be locked out of one or more specs because of your race?

Well that is how you get rock hard abs, duh!

I’m just jealous, that’s all :frowning:

I would like a Forsaken Vulpera Druid please.

Would make me so happy to have a ‘Spriggan size me’ druid full time. Undead theme with small Druid would be a bonus.

If we were playing under hard and fast d and D rules…this would apply.

This…is wow. YOu see under d and d rules there’d be a whole bunch of paladins on the horde who be casting that consecrate and other spells and they’d not work.

Horde had a shift from lawful good to lawful evil. When that happens the fun begins. The patron of their power will ignore them. Time for a “grail quest” of sorts to get favor back. Or its time find a new higher power backer more in line with your new way of doing things.

Side note of evil does not mean demonic and such evil in d and d always. Lawful evil can encompass the idea of might is right, ends just the means no matter how harsh the means. Attacking several civilian centers counts to these.

If this was D and D…horde druids would be shooting blanks too. Cenarius would ahve them on a crap list too. They click cast to hit druid grove…and the cast would be saying access denied. We changed the locks and your stuff is a box by the door.
