I got this recipe from the elemental invasions, but its soulbind and only can be used by Enchanters, is this an oversight? Im not an enchanter, therefore now i have a somewhat rare recipe that its pretty much vendor trash, currently sitting on my bank. Are these supposed to be tradeable?, this might include all the other Illusion recipes, but cannot confirm.

By chance, do you remember which mob dropped the receipt? Was it a rare or a standard, storm-infused mob? I’m trying to gather data to pinpoint any/all sources of who drops these. So far, I have seen it drop from a rare for another player in my group and read someone else having a similar experience.
It was the rare/boss from the fire elemental storm event at the obsidian citadel. No clue about the name
