Item Level 70
Binds when picked up

Requires Enchanting (350)
Requires The Violet Eye - Exalted

I hit exalted today … this pattern is not on the vendor.

Arrows, cloak. A few items are missing. A quick response would go a long way.

Any news on this? I dont get why these enchants are not available, its not like its an OP enchant…
