Ive got a lot of legion forms but some i dont. Isnt time to just release them all to us?
Can we customize our own cat tree bear like moonkin?
Another idea spirit meld spell click on animal make that our cat bear form. Loque cat. Etc
I highly doubt Blizzard will ever release Legion forms to new players for just acquiring the legion artifacts.
I do agree that we need cat and bear forms that are given the moonkin treatment to let us decide on a cat/bear form that is more personal to us.

I would love this so much, that is my hope one day.
Regarding the legion mage tower forms, I do think they should release them maybe as another tower content or something. The bear forms are too unique to keep locked up forever (I have all druid mage tower forms so it’s not for myself)

Blizzard seems to like the idea of creating customizable elements to be able to modify forms. They started with dragon mounts, then did it with warlock pets. Similar to the way you can do character customization. This creates a huge diversity of appearances without every player needing to become an artist.
A big part of warcraft is collecting appearances and making your character your own. Weapon models, armor sets, green flame for warlocks, and glyphs for ability animations. The druid balance form seems to indicate the have druids on their radar and are probably just going slow to make sure they get it right.
Really the best time to release this for Guardian and Feral would be with the anniversary event. A whole new way to make your druid your own by customizing their animal faces. Would love to see the werBear skeleton with new skins, colors, tatoos, facial features, and claw options. And we seem to be going into the Rootlands at about the same time as the anniversary. Can’t think of a better setting in which to discover new, unlockable customization.
Allowing belt and shoulder armor to be visible on the model (like Dracthyr) would be amazing.
