There are certain Forgotten Memorials that do nothing when clicked. The cast bar fills, completes, but nothing spawns or happens. I have tried shapeshifting, mounting, dismounting, stealthing, but nothing changes the behavior. Other Forgotten Memorials work just fine and spawn the npc.
11/17: Untamed Valley, /way 65.4 49.0 Forgotten Memorial does nothing. At 60% complete Blade of the General. I was able to do a Forgotten Memorial earlier, then logged out for an hour.
And never going to get fixed
