This item counts as Normal appearance but doesn’t count as heroic when its upgraded to the correct item level. It’s also not listed as being even on the list for heroic.
This kinda makes no sense. Can we get some consistency here? I realize it wont ever go to mythic but if it works on normal and and can be upgraded to heroic, it should count towards both.
