The relics aren’t clickable for me and the quest area isn’t properly showing when I’m in it.
Logged out for a day and came back and it worked.

I’m seeing the same thing. I can see the relics, but not click them. It looks like others are able to click them, and I see the relic disappear when they click on them. But I get no quest item highlight, and no click action on any of the items like I see in YouTube video.
OK, like so many other bugged quests, leave the quest area, and come back. You have to go pretty far away to get it to work.
I logged off and it started working for me.

Same for me. A /reload didn’t help, but fortunately flying miles away and then back had them spawning (of course to find that they seem to be a shared spawn, so disappear if someone else clicks them). Quite unclear when trying to track the quest where you’re supposed to go, especially when they aren’t actually spawning!
Overall, an experience about as satisfying as a venereal disease

To add to this: I finally got the items be interactable… but now I get no progress from collecting them

Pretty far away… like to a different game.
Trying a few things to make this work but bumping this up again because BLIZZARD MAKE YOUR FRAKKING QUESTS WORK RIGHT ALREADY!!!

Relogging while in the grotto fixes it.

Fly inside the cave, log fully off, log back in. Then it works.

Turned off my out of date addons and it came on fine. None of the other fixes worked. I tried leaving the area, coming back after an entire day. /reload ui etc. Nothing. Pretty sure it’s an addon interference not an ingame bug because the second I turned off my old addons (which honestly I really should have a few weeks ago lol) everything worked fine.
