Forgot my password, wont let me log in

I forgot my wow password. I did the email reset password thing and it’s asking for the authenticator but its not popping up on my phone. I have the authenticator app open and its not showing a request for a code

Theres no request you just hit the button on your app to get the code, and enter it when resetting your password

Move this over to the Customer Support Forum and see what they say.

I think you might be able to force the code to come up from the authenticator, but not positive.

There’s no button to hit. It says “No Login Requests” on the app

it also says the app has been retired in January 2024

then you need the new one not the one we had to use

Did they not recently retire the authenticator app, and now it’s part of the bnet app?
