As title states. If you try to forge a pact in a raid group, the pact itself will forge but you wont get quest credit for it, making the entire zones world quests unable to appear. I assume it lasts for the entire week, which bricks more or less the entire zone.

Came here to report the same issue - please make this quest completable in a raid, there’s no reason being in a raid or not will help you pick a choice from an NPC text dialog box.

Just happened to me was waiting for the world boss so I took the quest and its bugged try to abandon quests, but could not retake it so I guess it’s gone for the rest of the week
