Night Elves should go live on Hyjal now where they belong, and maybe start persecuting their gods there like Cenarius over why they didnt save them from the horde.
All of Kalimdor is our homeland, not just that Druid shrub on Hyjal. We just need writers who recognise this fact and go about making the night elves mission to reclaim it, and have our enemies pay dearly for thinking otherwise.

I could be wrong, but im pretty sure the Tauren were on Kalimdor first, before any “Night Elf” existed.
First race to exist on Kalimdor would be the Trolls, so if we’re going off a “we used to own it”, then the Trolls claim would trump the Night Elf claim.

Despite the Horde’s aggression, most of the zones in Kalimdor have a night elf presence. That needs to be bolstered at the expense of the Horde.
Have a Night Elf presence doesn’t mean you own it

Maybe Azeroth would be better off if the “lower life forms” kept power.

Night Elves have outposts as far south as Silithus, but those are just defensive outposts, I doubt any night elf wants to live in Silithus permanently. I say the Northern half of Kalimdor should go to the Night Elves, the southern half, to the Tauren. Since the northern sides climate is more suited to elves, and the southern half more suited to tauren.
