It is stuck on Zul’jin. No one is able to spawn the Forgemaster and complete the world quest.

Still broken. It gave me an everburning key, but forgemaster didn’t spawn - cannot complete.

I experienced this issue as well this week along with Fyrakk refusing to spawn for us to defeat for loot. I ended up having to join a group that was on a completely different shard to get these quests done.
So I suggest you do this. Might take a few groups though. I don’t know why this event works correctly on some shards and doesn’t on others. Hopefully it’s resolved soon for everyone!
