It is very insulting and a slap in the face that we cannot sell our Azerite gear if we so choose.

I get a no good 325 blue piece of Azerite gear and I have to hike all the way to the scrapper to get rid of it? And of course all you get is bag filling junk which then you vendor.

This is wrong.

If you want to use the scrapper-fine. That is your choice. But to remove vendor sales of this low level useless gear is wrong.

Allow Vendor Value.
The players want this.

Only leather and mail wearers even care. Plate and cloth gear will scrap for more than vendor value in most cases.

Also, come Jan 22, world quest rewards will scale higher than 325, so World Quest azerite gear will start being able to give Residuum if you’re high enough ilvl, even if just 1.

I refuse to partake in that stupid machine. But in the scheme of WoW’s problems, youll notice I did not say BFA specifically, this is not on the radar.

They should probably do things people genuinely care about like fix classes. Maybe make the world stop crashing when more than 20 people are afoot. The scrapper(just a fancy vendor npc) is irrelevant mate.

I really wish Blizz would stop taking away player choice.

Let players vendor azerite armor like they used to, or scrap it if they want to.

There’s absolutely no harm in giving players a choice, and no benefit to taking choice away.

He might be a troll but he has a point. If the gear was worth 1 copper I would probably vendor it and save myself the hassle.

The mats can sell for more than the vendor price of the item, I know they do with cloth gear, and i use the cloth for bags.

To be honest i think they removed the ability to vendor them to protect the ignorant from selling something they don’t know they should be scrapping. It’s to avoid getting customer service flooded with tickets asking to restore items after people find out they should have been scrapped instead of sold.

If Activition employees actually played their game, they would know this is bullcrap. But hey, just another nail in the coffin. I can see them putting WoW on life support like HotS in the next 2 years. Leech what they can from cash shop in retail, grab a bit more from Classic and end it all for mobile.

Someone doesn’t hold a gun to your head and make you use the scrapper. If you don’t want to get mats simply delete the item.
