my hardcore classic character was forced to name change from the name gaylorde a real name followed swiftly by a suspension. blizzard did this mid dungeon run with others in the party without a care for anyone’s characters, mine dying in the process a process they put into place. when I went to get help about it by creating a ticket which is beyond hard to put in and every gm i got was nothing but rude and wouldn’t address the issue saying they cant bring characters back even based on something they did wrong. now fast forward 4-5 months and they bring back a whole guild that got ddos’d incredible how much hypocrisy they spout. the people bringing in big revenue matter the little guys sadly do not.
