Agent go to sleep? Cant log in??
Two Options:
- Find where you have wow installed and run the .exe file.
- Click your windows button (No one uses mac, srsly). Type Run. Open your run command. Browse till you find the application WowClassic, and select it. Open, click okay.

When I try this, I get “No realms are currently available” error message.
You can only hard start the game if your game files are up to date. For those of us who were just coming back from a break, you have to go through battlenet to get game updates. Until the game is updated you can’t log into a server.

Is your WOW account info the same as your battle.net account info? I can’t remember offhand…
I got the “agent asleep” error on my browser. Here is how I fixed it.
[1] I clicked the more info link: it said to restart the blizzard agent
[2] I opened Windows Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del on my PC). As usual, under Processes there were 3 lines for Battle net exe and 1 line for Agent exe
[3] I ended those 4 processes by highlighting each line and clicking the End Process button.
[4] I restarted as normal (the launcher button). Everything worked fine.
