I know this is an under-120 toon, but wow, I gotta say I don’t see any kind of Alliance bump with 8.2.

Three backfills, all losses. Two GY camps tonight.

To me, yes. This is how it works. All we have are personal BGs to go by.

4-0 so far tonight. Only one merc in three of the games and two mercs in the other so I’m not seeing all these supposed horde who are mercing now either. The 5 minute queues make me wonder if it’s not got something to do with so many players doing PvE grinds instead.

hey Thanastasia I might have seen you in an AV recently, I remember when I zoned in you were the raid leader and you were saying stuff like “just let em win!” and “Alliance never wins” in the chat :joy:

How about a little effort eh? Do you at least try to win dude? Or do you just complain about Alliance being bad, sucking, etc? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I mean, personally (for me) Alliance has been on a roll tonight in Southshore vs Tarren Mill, I won 4 games so far… so it’s not all doom and gloom :joy:

I did have 2 losses due to lop-sided Blizzard matchmaking system (it happens)… one game we only got 2 healers, and in the other loss Horde had like 6 Boomkins.

And he plays a DK… a OP PvP class. Imagine if he played a class which sucked in PvP !

That’s a good point, this dude should be q’ing up SS vs TM considering he’s literally the “meta” class for that bg.

I guess he would rather complain about Alliance sucking on the forums? :thinking:

Almost as though desertion and backfilling by extension occurs more in the event of a certain loss.

When horde backfill, it’s typically into a losing game too. People tend not to leave games they’re winning.

I have entered at least 9 games since 8.2 where I’ve entered and immediately lost the game. Never in my history of playing WoW have I entered and immediately won. Can confirm this.

that’s not true, there are sites that show the win stats

factor in the premades taking a sizeable portion of the wins and you can interpret solo win rates pretty easily

ally is well well under 50% for solo pug q across the board

That’s from August 2018. In late January/early February, I posted the then-current numbers of 58% horde/42% Alliance and you said that wasn’t bad, because the Alliance used to win by a larger margin.
