Which do you find more challenging and fun, WoW Mythic raids or FFXIV Ultimate raids?
I have only done UWU, but I gotta say that fights blows anything WoW has done out of the water. Beating The Lich King on heroic 25 man for the first time comes
close, but from the mechanics to the music and the transitions of Ultimates, FF has WoW beat.
Yeah I don’t think you’ll find a lot of people who have beat both WoW mythic raids and FFXIV ultimates… and aren’t lying about it. It takes a lot of mastery, dedication and time to both games to achieve that.
Looking at the times to world first kills though, an FFXIV ultimate seems to be about the same difficulty as a mythic raid’s end boss.
Although since you cannot outgear an ultimate, I would imagine that people doing a mythic raid much later in the patch have it easier than people trying to get their first ultimate kill in FF, due to the effect of gearing up over the weeks.
