You just need the perky pug and the eye toy. Don’t need the costume.

I didn’t have the toy so I waited for someone to come along and do it for me. Everyone in 10 yards will get the key if the person does it.

GM already stated you don’t need the costume.

i had the twiching eye and the pug pray at the stone nothing got the costume and pray it gave me the key

You actually don’t need anything at all except be on that part, provided someone else there does have the things you need, everyone within a 10 feet radius will get it.

This was confirmed by Josh (Blizz developer) over on Secrets Discord.

Costumes is not required, this has also been confirmed by Josh.

Someone already said it but I’ll say again, blizz already confirmed you don’t need the pug costume

I got the key with just the Eye toy on and a regular pug out

Now, are you in the BFA version of the Vale?

When I did it, I cannot confirm if I was or not, I have done all of this on a toon that didn’t touch BFA.

This was I think confirmed by Josh, then not? Not sure.

Also, it can take a while for the key to show up, some waited 30 minutes, for me, it took 7 minutes.

Just because it was gliched and didnt give it to you when you didnt have the costume but worked when you DID have the costume, doesnt mean you HAD to have the costume. Its be proven you dont need to have the costume. Why is this so hard to understand? :smile:

coincidence then, but it is just glitched. I got the key via another person. Not one had the costume, just the toy and the pug pet.

Probably Azeroth Secrets for the Anniversary Felcycle. There are a bunch of side quests everywhere to light torches.

I can’t even get the obelisk to show up to pray at it, with the Perky pug summoned (no costume, because it’s not needed) and the Twitching Eyeball toy in use. (Also tried the All-Seeing Eye toy too, still no obelisk.)
