I read their article (Blizzard’s, not wowhead’s) as saying that the quests are available now. But if for whatever reason a player did not complete them during the pre-expansion event OR they upgrade at a later date, the quests will be available in Khaz Algar.
Guess I’ll just have to see what happens when I get home tonight.
i saw wow head and they are up summon the blue gryphon and see it there is a quest ill let this thread known if we have the quest

I have the epic edition but you have to do a quest to unlock these so it looks like i will never get them. I hate quest.
I am going to need more colors if I am going to make my Power Rangers fantasy come true.

The article states after pre patch the quest giver will move to Dornogal.
Until then is in Valdrakken.
