Just a curious question, with the change up in horde leadership, how is this achievement going to work. Will the horde council be in orgrimar? Will killing Calia or Thrysa be part of the achievement. To me it would feel a little weird to raid undercity and kill Calia as alliance after working with her in bfa. Just curious, what are your thoughts on this.
They’ll probably just leave it the way it is now, where you only have to kill Baine and Lor’themar.

Do city raids even happen anymore?
As of right now all you need for the alliance achievement is Baine and lorthermar
Probably will stay the same in Shadowlands

This most likely. You will be required to use time dragons to go into past versions and kill those NPCs if and when it’s needed.
HOWEVER, Blizzard loves to remove stuff. So I would recommend getting it done before pre-patch. There might be some achievements changing.
Edit: Matter of fact… My Sylvanas achievement is currently under Legacy. So there’s that.
