i pull liek 2 mobs, kill one, im about half health, start on the other mob, horde jumps in kills me, i run back, rez, no eating, drinking or buffing, i jus wanna bomb on this skull to let em know i aint scurred! dead again. rinse and repeat.
im drinkin milk and someday im gonna git all these bums that sorta gank me.

There is not a set criteria for world PVP or PVP in itself as much as people want to dissect it to be a certain way.
but if i had to define it in one werd: LAG!

You may want to update your vernacular most of the players here did not start in EQ or UO.
Its unfortunate really. Ive been cursed with the image of good games that will likey never be recreated because the modern gaming society cannot bare the unforgivingness of an uninstanced pvp system. I honestly hate it. I wish i could give up the idealisms ive chased for so long. But such cherished memorys and the hope to feel the enjoyment of a game like that again are hard to give up. Even if i know itll never occur.

Tis a pity indeed. PVP on UO was godly, and the level of creativity was off the charts… The depth that you could go into for revenge, trolling, and raw brutality was just… Players now would have meltdown because they’re weak and pathetic.

While you are walking in the world, you notice a person standing still…looking straight ahead. As you walk by them, WHAM you are instantly pulled into a 6v6 battle of which you cannot flee. An epic battle occurs as the combatants fumble through selecting one of four keybinds at a time.

Everyone in these fourms views me as some kind of monster for speaking out about what i enjoy in video games and claim me to be a troll when they just cant comprehend what fun and creativity an even older game has imbeded into my head. Players Versus Players …Nothing more…Nothing less its a simple 3 word phrase and means what it means. it doesn’t mean its fair it doesn’t mean it balanced it is just Players Versus Players.
Man, I don’t have a definition, but I love all the tough guys on the forums who are playing WoW instead of Mortal Online. Wonder why? lol “PvP happened” would turn into them crying in anger.

That at anytime, a player can be attacked by another player(s). It is NOT meant to be “fair” it’s meant to be an obstacle.
You guys really need to stop crying, the jerky people who have made playing on your server unbearable are enjoying your reaction. STOP engaging them, play low level alts or play on a different server, don’t feed them.
THEY are a bunch of jerks BUT expecting Blizzard to introduce a bunch of new untested game mechanics to make them stop being jerks is absurd and makes you look pathetic.
