This type of wolf (with tusks like orc/trolls has) doesn’t even exist on azeroth
for the same time troll druids will turn into deer
for the same time tauren paladins use human like skills
etc
they exist though

I would like to take this opportunity to plug for racial ghost wolf forms.
Mag’har Orcs - the tusk wolves you’re talking about (maned wolves)
Old Orcs - Dire worgs
Tauren - Tallstriders
Trolls - get rid of the raptor glyph; make that form troll only
Goblins - hyenas
Highmountain - moose
ZT - They already have a unique form.
Dwarves - Rams
DI Dwarves - Darkhounds
Draenei - Talbuk
KT - Do they have their own form? If not, goats? Maybe?

Personally…after seeing Marsuuls and Panthara on Argus, I’m partial to them being the Ghost Wolf over Talbuk.

they aren’t supposed to, it’s draenor wolf. They might have some from first horde though.
just tell me, why the orcs shamans would somehow became a dire worg, when they have nothing to do with then and since the beginning used “tusk wolves”, and why the tuskwolves would be somehow exclusive to maghar?
