For everyone thats having the "Can’t bind mousewheel to actions with up and down states" problem

Mouse Wheel is bound to “move and steer” by default. Unbind it and it should work.

“Move and Steer” are not bound and its STILL doing it.
I’m using Bartender 4 so maybe its Bartender.

dont use bartenders keybinding option, use the default option to keybind
