For all those feeling left out

I’ve seen countless posts from people who are unhappy with certain social aspects of the game.
New tanks, unhappy tanks, unhappy healers, adventures who are held back because they can’t find groups, or they’re not playing the appropriate class/spec.

Well I just made a community in game where we can all gather and do the things we all would like to do with people of a similar mind set. Relaxed, hopefully stress free, new player/role friendly, a place to learn the game without judgment or push keys without worry of being called trash.

General crusaders.
Come on and join and find the game fun again

How does one find your community? Is it realm focused or something larger? You can see how pathetically long I have been playing this game and I just want to have fun again.

I found it. They were all hiding behind my couch.

So im not too well versed in it but what I did to create it was open up the guild icon, inside there’s a community tab, I believe you can search for it there. The name is General crusaders, short name is GDC. Its on auto accept but I at home but if you can’t find it maybe I can invite directly

I think people have normalized MMOs just being giant chat rooms that they don’t treat them like games anymore therefore don’t try to actually make connections with others outside of seeing them in Trade chat and remembering that person.

Most people just sit in cities anyways after they’ve exhausted all their transmog farming for the week.

So much on here though I see people saying how they’ve tried tanking but were discouraged by their group or people failing mechanics or dying then getting booted for it. Not finding groups because of class or item level or io., things of that nature. People talk about how it’s hard to make friends or that no one wants to be social anymore. In fact I see it so much on here I’m truly shocked this thread hasn’t gained any traction

This existed already. It’s called Warcraft Made Easy. You can see them listed for M+ with WME appended to their title.

Ironically, more often than not, the people who “find it hard to make friends” are usually just not social, and most are a case of: “Careful what you wish for” as they start socializing and realize: “Wow…I hate this.”

Really? I didn’t know that

ive given up on feeling happy.

I applaud you on doing this, OP. So many players on the forum claim that they can’t get groups but will refuse to take you up on the invite.

Thank you, it really is a head scratcher.

Same with folks asking for a guild with a good community, they ask, then they just sit in G chat saying nothing or Discord too a lot of em.

I hope you find success with your community.

Don’t you realize you’re supposed to go to their houses/homes and tell them face to peephole that they need to join your guild if they want to run some groups?

I thought everyone knew that. /s.

Anyway OP, I hope your group is successful. There’s another one like yours on Area 52 that does the same thing. It’s pretty big.

Have fun.
