For all the people telling Horde to re-roll Alliance

Because I’m not in THEIR SHOES, and I have the capacity for empathy and understanding that people want to maximize their limited time playing a game rather than waiting for a game to start. It’s not complicated.

If a game took 30 minutes to load, I don’t think it’s “stupid” to complain about it. For some players, that’s why they are here, and there isn’t a game for them outside of it after hitting cap.

Fair enough. I’ve been taking my time and am about to hit 65. I’ll get to 70 when I get there. The game isn’t going anywhere.

Yeah I do to, but I won’t when they intentionally choose the side that hurts them LOL.

You’re acting as if this problem just happened to them and they had no control of what happened to them. They shot themselves in the foot, and now they are blaming someone else and asking them to fix their foot. It’s moronic.

Then they should roll alliance?

If I was on a dead server I wouldn’t be crying to blizzard, I’m a grown up I can solve my own issues.

I chose to be that faction or on that server. I’d either reroll (which i did) or change servers (which I also did).

You have the power to change your situation.

My alliance mage is 63. =)

Free faction transfer then. Go to Alliance and enjoy better queues. Again, I don’t personally care one iota about the queue times. I’m happy being Horde, and I’ll read a book until my match starts. I do that in other games. But if there’s the potential for other solutions, players have every right to ask Blizzard to explore them.

Yeah but now you’re offering free transfers and all that has done which has shown fully in the past is ruin servers.

Look at the servers that are 99% of one faction they all had free transfers.

Blizzard gives everybody the same means to fix their issues whether they do it or not is up to them.

But I guess it’s easier to just cry on the forums about it.

No they don’t have that right at all. Having a right to do this implies it’s justified or has a meaningful base to it. This literally doesn’t at all. They have the solution in the palm of their hands already they just refuse to take it.

I agree everything you just said. I’m in that boat, I have friends and family on horde so I went horde. But then I complain about Q time that goes to 30-1h long I get shamed and disrespected. I have the right to complain and wine about this cause it’s a actual damn problem. Ignorance is bliss I tell ya. And then you have these keyboard warriors sitting waiting and just bash us for an actual issue.

Of course it’s easier. Starting over your journey to 70 on a new faction is MUCH more difficult.

Of course they have a right. They are a paying customer. They want new solutions. That doesn’t mean Blizzard has to respond. That’s the beauty of commerce, I guess. But we’re quibbling over the RIGHT for people to complain on forums. We’re scraping the bottom of the barrel here.

I wouldn’t really have a problem with it. Boosts already did their damage to the community and it’s early enough in the cycle where a lot of people are still faceless.

Blizzard has literally never had a good answer or solution to faction imbalances or queues. Hell they are letting alliance COMPLETELY die on retail and not doing anything about it. They are also literally fundamentally changing Overwatch, much to the chagrin of most of the community, because they can’t figure out how to fix DPS queues.

I did it.

It really wasn’t hard to see how bad the horde queue times were going to be.

Literally any little bit of research would have shown you how bad it was going to continue in TBC.

Common Sense problems have common sense solutions.

You have a real loose definition of the word right then. I guess I have the right to tell blizzard to give me licensing rights to their game as well. Also I have the right to walk into a restaurant and demand the place of business to serve me first ahead of everyone else.

That’s a very Karen line of thinking you have there. A ‘right’ to me has to be moral or justified. I don’t have the ‘right’ to yell in a waitresses face just because I have the ability to if she gives me a coke instead of a sprite. But I would have the ‘right’ to yell at her if she called my wife a slur.

You’re confusing the words ‘ability’ and ‘right’.

Alliance is dead in retail.

Look at like logs for mythic kills.

Alliance has died in every aspect of wow in retail.

Just because YOU did it doesn’t mean others are eager to. My first comment on this thread openly acknowledged that Horde wants its cake and eat it, too. They want the faction of their choice, they want lower queue times, and they want to knock Alliance around like the soft little puppies that they are. I get it.

If I try to imagine having trouble with the queue times (I don’t, as I have stated many times), I would not to go Alliance even with a free transfer. I wouldn’t do it. Period. First of all, I hate the Alliance after I switched to Horde. Secondly, I would not want to start the journey to 70 all over again. That’s a lot of work and dedication for a race and faction I don’t even LIKE. Other players would. That’s fine. A free faction transfer is a simple solution. It’s unfair to say that it would imbalance the servers when that already seems to be why we are having this problem.

But no one is yelling in anyone’s face. No one is even being rude about it. Those are poor analogies. And of course you have the right to make demands. That’s commerce. It’s also part of negotiating better deals. Do unions have the right to ask for higher wages and safer work environments? Of course. When demands are reasonable and both parties are interested in negotiating, a solution can usually be found. I could prattle off bad examples of Karens making outrageous demands, too, but that’s not what is going on here.

Imagine an undead rogue crying for balance. Good one op. Reroll ally, now

why dont you post on ur tbcc toon instead of retail trash.

Ah yes, ask an individual to fix a fundamental problem in a game. That’ll work super well, just look at how alliance is flourishing in retail!
