Food for thought

So the trend in wow is towards the end of a season and expansion player numbers dwindle until the next season and or new expansion . Obviously blizzard is doing its best to try and keep numbers up all throughout . But what if -

What if Blizzard removed the lockout on one team for mythic per week. What if Mythic raiding became open like Heroic etc . You can go from group
To group . I feel like that would keep a season / tier loaded with players . Cause towards the end , players only tend to long on to fill vault , or mythic raid with their guild (not counting M+ pushers) .

If Mythic was open like Heroic where your not locked to one lockout etc , think about it. More people would be raiding and much more constantly cause attempts towards CE would increase . Know what I mean ?

What do yall think about this ?

Mythic raiding is so niche that opening it up based on boosting participation is pretty much not an argument. How many people do you think are willing to wipe 100-400+ times on a boss?

Sure there’s the easy bosses early on but those are gifts for people to justify trying out mythic raiding. That’s already the incentives they’ve had so more people try mythic raiding and if they like it find a team.

Removing the lockout would most likely mainly increase the amount of mythic raid sales as those would be made much easier.
