I know, I know, #NOCHANGES right? Well there are, have been, and will be more changes obviously. Would a handful of extra font options be really that much of a change? Only person it is effecting is me. In 15 years I have experienced changes, one is some vision loss. Not that the font has to be giant, but the thin text (Friz especially) that looks like it was written with a mosquito d*^k, is difficult for me. I need a bolder text, but can actually be smaller height wise. All the stuff for colorblind, with no font options is nonsensical to me. (edit) I have started looking for replacement UI’s. Shouldn’t have to.

That made me laugh, but I hear you. My eyes are nowhere near what they used to be. I find myself having difficulty reading smartphones and laptop screens now.
I want my fonts in that crystal radio font used on Radio Shack signs from back in the day…hic!

Prat I believe is a chat window addon? Correct me if i am mistaken i have not looked at it recently. Yes that would help with the chat window. It is the general UI text throughout menus and such that I would like to change also. Vui, and of course Elvui, few others offer all the options. I saw on Wowhead how to add a folder of fonts. But it is 3 copies of one type, and one of another. Not sure how that helps because It won’t work for me. Tutorials on youtube also, follow them to the T. But nothing. I am sure it is user error, would not surprise me 
just not working. I hate to get into too many adds. I am not a purist by any means and i like my addons that i use for sure. But anytime I have tried UI replace ment things can get a little laggy. Maybe this has improved. LOL the funny thing is, the mail font Morpheus, is the one I can see and read the best.
Yep… though I think got mine from the Color Computer Archive when I refreshed my CoCoSDC image. I love having a cartridge on my Color Computer 3 that holds all the goodies on a single SD card…hic!

I think you can change fonts by renaming the ones blizzard uses to the ones you want to use.
Yes, chat-window only but there are ways to change your font. Here’s another addon to do that. It should be a very minimal addon and wouldn’t cause much slowdown, if any at all:

I haven’t tested this one out but I believe it works. There’s also a way to install custom fonts into WoW without an addon but you have to follow a certain naming convention to do it.
Smartphones are increasing near-sightedness. The more you do close work the more your eyes adjust to it and then you need glasses to see far.
I mean, the game supports the use of addons.

I wish the game GUI has an option to pop out then slide all
things around to the other screen.
