Followers Dungeon abuse

The new Follower dungeon can be exploited in World PvP to escape death with the help of macros/simply get into a que on demand. (Skirmish/BG/Rated PvP is acceptable and can be dealt with.) There are patreons and other sites that post this exploit and encourage use of follower dungeons being used as an escape tool from death in open world PvP. I see this system constantly being abused by people on EU realms.
The macro that can be abused may look like this:

/click LFGDungeonReadyDialogEnterDungeonButton
/click MicroMenuButton_LFG_Clicker
/click LFDQueueFrameFindGroupButton

Requires to have any followers dungeon-check beforehand and you good to go.

Please fix this for Season 4 by making that followers-dungeon can’t be qued/accepted while in combat.

I think simply disallowing it in combat isn’t enough. Vanish, shadowmeld and feign death would still let it be super exploitable mid fight.

This absolutely needs to be fixed. There is a group of horde exploiting this for the Noble Garden event, and there is nothing anyone can do to them or about it.
