As of the TWW patch today (worked last week), the headhunters at inn (alliance) / Tavern (horde) in the garrisons no longer offer options for choosing “traits” for the followers you are trying to recruit. The “Ability” option still seems to work - it has a list of the different abilities to choose from. I don’t normally recruit by ability though, so have not tested it to make sure it is working. I normally recruit by profession (so they can be assigned to a building) or racial preference (both are/were trait options)
Confirming this bug, with addons disabled.
I am having the same problem on all toons, no addons. Has anyone heard anything from Bliz?

Saw a blue post on known issues they are working on. This issue wasn’t mentioned and is still broken, so guess its time to cancel my subscriptions. The only reason I had them still active was so that I could log in weekly and see what new followers were offered.

Looks like this has been resolved. I was able to recruit “engineer” follower for small engineering hut. I’ll be re-subbing after free weekend. Thank you.
