Follower Dungeons

About the follower dungeon, one thing I noticed is that every time I did it, there were only female followers… is that important? Not really, but in a game where several male leaders have recently died, leaving very few, where successors are usually women (Greymane’s daughter) or less masculinized (Anduin), and where immensely strong characters (Malfurion) take a back seat… it’s kind of odd to me. There should be a balance in everything, not this weird thing we’re seeing.

Also, the idea is extremely good but they need to expand it to the entire leveling process. And include heroics and Mythic 0 in that as well.

The first part of your post is nonsense

The second part will, for the most part, take effect next xpac when DF replaces bfa as the default leveling experience.

No idea if they will code older dungeons to make use of this, but honestly id rather they spend the time on other things.

Hopefully they will.

I would like to see Malfurion get some story time, but I think peoples complaints about him were mostly that he’s boring… which might be fair?

Anduin is quite clearly a man. There is no nuance to the character that suggests for them to be perceived otherwise. He is literally a KING (note, not QUEEN) that has led his people in battle, sword in hand. His recent storylines have been mirrors of Arthas, another KING that took prompts from the legend of King Arthur.

How can you not perceive him as being masculine? His enemies literally comment on how much blood he gets caked on his sword.

Is it because the character is written beyond being a meat head who knows nothing else?

Is that how men should be portrayed?

Is that how anyone should be portrayed?

looks at male worgen then back at OP then back at male worgen hunter then back at OPs post claiming no males in follower dungeon. THEN BACK CONFUSED AS I CLEARLY SEE A MALE CHAD WORGEN MALE HUNTER WHO PULLS EVERYTHING

Wut?

OP are you doing a substance?

Not gonna lie, I thought the gal named Huntswell was also a hunter the first two or three follower dungeons I did. But no, she’s a mage, and the hunter has two pets.

And he can try to pull … but the aggro will be mine.

As long as the AI part does its job well, I don’t care what sex they are. I’ve done two and all of my party members save one were chicks and they performed admirably. That’s all I ask from my party members, real or otherwise.

Malfurion is not boring. Sure, grizzly bears look pretty lazy and sleep alot. But go poke one with a stick (DO NOT DO THIS) and I assure you: You’ll see how fast boring turns into mighty exciting, right before your undead bones get scattered throughout the forest.

I kinda like that they write him that way - though they do it to highlight Tyrande. It still makes him bear-like because he only goes murderface mode when provoked. Or hungry. Accurate depiction of bear vibes.

Agreed. Start with a few and make them all playable with AI groups so we can run old dungeons.
ID RATHER they do this than more pointless crap that most of us wont bother with.

I didnt even bother to inspect the AI party to even know what gender they were. lol. Being all female, its the first Im hearing of it.
Couldnt care less, frankly. I have a hard time believing blizzard went out of their way specifically to make sure they were all female, lol. Feels like that would be TOO obvious. If its the case, I still dont know because I dont care enough to check, figuring it just worked out that way for some random reason.

WoW removed females a while ago.
The only thing you know is that they’re Body Type 2.
