You’ll still get a chance at gear. The XP is irrelevant at max level. It’s the same rewards as running normals with people with the benefit of not having to deal with people if you don’t want to.
I have never treated anyone as if they were stupid, wrong, or anything of the sort in this thread.
Again… next time, if what I said isn’t clear or taken incorrectly, then ask me to explain.
I have given information, perspective, quotes from Blizzard. I’m blunt, not offensive. But it’s okay if others do it and not me.
Sorry, but I’m tired of the hypocrisy and I will not converse with you further.
I don’t even know what you’re talking about at this point. Comparisons were made from both games. Nothing is better or worse. Nothing is “proper” or “wrong.”
I’m sorry I see things from a different perspective. The conversation I had about FF’s was actually productive and discussed how it COULD BE done similarly if Blizz wants to.
So I don’t know what the problem is here.
You are free to disagree and want something else. You are free to see a different perspective than I do, as well. But how about we all stop trying to smack down other opinions and perspectives and maybe look at them in comparison?
All she’s been saying is that other games have story modes, which are similar in some aspects, but also have differences. They all still have the same premise.
At least that’s what I’ve understood from all the conversations.
I’m not allowed to “push” my opinions and perspectives, because it doesn’t line up with theirs. Only others are allowed to do that, because they all think the same way. That’s basically what this boils down to.
I even said, multiple times, over and over again, things can change and we just need to wait and see how this will fit in, what it could become and what Blizz wants it to be.
In the end, it doesn’t even matter. I just wanted to help spitball some reasoning behind why some of these things may be done the way they are. I may very well entirely be wrong. Other may very well be entirely wrong. Blizz may do something completely off the wall than any of us are thinking.
It was just meant to help see different sides of thing, because there’s just way too much blind rage over this.
I specifically spoke on Max level characters because people are acting like this would only be interesting for leveling toons, but that’s not the case.
Exactly my take as well. I’ve been playing since just before MoP came out and have been almost exclusively DPS in that time, It’ll be great being able to take tanking or healing for a spin and not have to worry about embarrassing myself while I learn
It wasn’t relevant to the conversation I was having with Siamaren that you quoted. That conversation was specifically about why the initial daily limit is in place. That’s all, nothing more. That was the point I was making in my reply to you.
I was going to level a bunch of 60 something alts I had sitting around in follower dungeons. I guess I’ll do that slowly over time.
It seems like Blizzard could have a trust level feature for in-game stuff like they have on the forums and increase the dungeon limit or remove it for trusted accounts.
Like… do you really think I’m going to be botting on my 20 year old account with tons of resources and games and stuff?
