When you try to enter the follower dungeon queue you’re given the option to select your role DPS/Healer/Tank but no other options. Regardless of what role you select or what specialization you have active when you click ‘Find Group’ You get the error “You did not select any valid Slots”
I opened a ticket and the “Gm” sent me to the EU forums where someone said you need to be ilvl 180 but that is incorrect. I am over ilvl 180 when I started having this issue.
Which role did you choose?
I would prefer to select DPS because I’m trying to do leveling quests in old content dungeons, but I’ve tried tank as well (The toon I’m having this issue on is a DK). I’ve also toggled on and off the experienced player flag as well just to see if it would change anything. Still get the same error.
Looking at some pictures online I think the problem is that I don’t have any dungeons to pick from. There should be a list of dungeons I could checkbox and pickfrom but that’s not present in my UI. The toon is level 47 so it should have plenty to pick from. I tried /reload and that didn’t work either
That’s why! Follower dungeons are only for TWW and Dragonflight dungeons at the moment.
I don’t have any characters to test with, but are you using Chromie time? If you are, I would talk to her and ask her to move you back to current time (ie Dragonflight) for levelling characters. Then you can test and see if Dragonflight dungeons appear for you.
Edit: I did find a character lower than 70. Yes, when they are out of Chromie time they are able to queue for Dragonflight Follower Dungeons.
Thank you, you’re right. You and I just figured out in two comments what Three Customer Support tickets couldn’t.
I was in Chromie time, and specifically trying to do shadowlands dungeons to do the shadowlands dungeon quests. Shadowlands dungeons aren’t an option yet, and the dungeons that are available can’t be accessed while in chromie campaign time, so I had nothing to choose from causing the error.
When I left Chromie time I could pick from dragonflight dungeons and it worked. Wish there was some indication of those restrictions in game.
