Focus magic falls off one player when rotated between three mages. I don’t think this is the way the talent is intended to function, as it does not state that 3 people in a raid cannot have it.

I experienced this in castle nathria this evening, had three mages exchanging fm in a circle, disappeared off us all on pull. We tried to rebuff midfight and it fell off again

Focus Magic actually does not proc at all for me… after countless crits from a fire mage that I have placed the Focus Magic spell on, I did not receive the 10 sec buff in return.
oddly though, you can place focus magic on a friendly target… you can spell steal the buff in a duel and benefit from both buffs.
We had three frost mages in our Castle Nathria raid last night. We had a triangle Focus Magic chain, but the buff fell off of one of us as soon as combat started.
Definitely needs a fix.
This bug is still occurring as of feb 28th, 2021. It just happened to my raid team with three frost mages.
